From not-so-average pumpkin spice lattes to spicy & floral twists on cold brew, Odeko’s very own LaChrista McArthur (**[@lachrista\_m](https://www.instagram.com/lachrista_m/?hl=en)**) compiled a list of three of her cult favorite recipes to experiment with this season. - 4oz cold brew
- 2oz pineapple juice
- 2oz aquafaba
- 3/4oz Monin Cranberry Syrup
- Shake all ingredients together, add a spritz of grapefruit, and serve.

_“This drink was a play on the crowd favorite pumpkin latte, mixed with the classic buttered rum cocktail. Together they create one beautiful fall drink!”_

- 1/2 oz Hollander Caramel Syrup
- 1/2 oz pistachio syrup
- double espresso
- 5 - 8 oz of oat milk
- Garnish with ground cardamom and serve

LaChrista’s Inspiration:

_“A caramel latte is always a fun drink, at any point of the year, but I wanted to create something that was nostalgic of fall in the south. Fun colors from rides, the scent of roasted nuts, and caramel covered everything.”_

- 1/2oz of Rum brown sugar simple syrup (rum extract mixed with simple syrup)
- 3/4oz 1883 Pumpkin Spice
- 5 - 8 oz of alt milk of choice
- Garnish the rim of the cup with marshmallow fluff, then dip in ground cookie crumbs and serve
